This policy explains how saugok.it handles personal data when you visit the site and submit an inquiry via the contact form.

• Contact details you provide in the form (e.g. name, email, organisation, message).
• Minimal technical data needed for the security and operation of the site.

3. Purpose of data use

Data is used only to administer inquiries, communicate about services and run the site securely.

4. Storage and protection

Form data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS channel (TLS 1.3) and stored on EU / EEA infrastructure (Cloudflare). We use post-quantum key-exchange algorithms (X25519MLKEM768) where the visitor's browser supports them - preparing for the quantum era ahead of time.

Retention periods follow the GDPR principle - no longer than necessary for the specific purpose. Inquiry data that does not lead to a contractual relationship is deleted within 12 months.

You have the right to access the data we process, request rectification or erasure, and restrict processing where GDPR provides for it.
